If you are paying a renewal premium online, your new policy will only be in place when Horsell Duffy Langley: 1. receives electronically all details of the payment, including method of payment and correct policy details; and 2. receives clear payment via your credit card or nominated account; and 3. a record of the transaction is generated in the Horsell Duffy Langley system and a receipt number issued for the payment.
